Pros: "The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep."

Pros: "The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected."

Cons: "The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that it was not indicated in advance (when the tickets are sold) that LED - HEL route is operated by a different airline, even though that airline is a Finnair's partner. It would have been better to have a complete information up front. But the airplane and crew were excellent."

My seat back IFE did not work at all. Boarding experience was terrible and took forever. The lounge MEX was overcrowded with non-functioning wifi"

Cons: "Check in process at Tijuana airport was okay, what really made the trip unpleasant was the boarding process. Three Aeromexico departures within minutes, from a small enclosed area. No seating available, no PA for announcements, basically controlled chaos. granted the airport is going through renovations, but that is still no excuse for the poor execution of the boarding process."

Cons: "Missed my transfer in London because the plane took too long to unboard and I was unable to make it to the gates of my next flight in time, despite there being over an hour connection time. The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go."

Cons: "The only thing I was a bit disappointed was with the meal. I don’t eat red meat and requested it theough the website, but nithing special was arranged and I ended up eating pasta. Pasta is fine and I love it, but people that don’t eat meat need to have vegetables added to their meals, or at least an egg. And for breakfast the only option was a ham and cheese sandwich, so I didn’t eat."

Cons: "The flight was supposed to arrive in Newark at 4:30. But it did not leave Charleston until 6:15 PM! This is not the 1st time this has happened with United. It seems that they are always some kind if “weather” delay with United flights arriving and departing Newark. Also, they are constantly cancelling flights to/from there. I would suggest looking at a different airline, perhaps one that cares more about the passengers iteneraries than the number of passengers."
