It just so happens that YOU are the ONLY other person I've ever had issues with trying to buy a cab. So it is coincidental. I do not appreciate you bringing up a different situation muddying the waters in this already drowning thread.

Honestly You and J0novision should get a room.
You happen to be the 2nd worse seller I've ever had to deal with. I have had too many to count 100% positive normal sales over the last 13 years as buyer and seller, in the UK & US but we don't talk about those do we, we somehow talk about the only 2 that went wrong (due to the seller).
Anyone that's reading this post will agree that 3-4 out of 10 people we talk to in this hobbie regards to buying or selling will be an unreasonable dick out of nowhere,
we've all had to deal with it,
& this thread exists ONLY because one person decided to not take it lying down.
The reason these people get away with this, scamming, leaving someone In the sh*t, (being left $down$) or taking advantage etc is because no one calls them out on it.
Jason You were short & unpleasant from the start, we discussed the sale and transportation options, we were closing the deal & I asked for some more information about DL2 (as it was in an absolute sh*t hole State!) as is my right to know what I'm buying,
& you said "I've got other interest, will go that route"…
Pressuring me into the sale and was frustrating,
I then pleaded kindly to continue as planned and there's no need to go elsewhere,
then you finally gave me you details, and we discussed the method of payment,
and then AGAIN just as I was about to send payment. you pulled out again,
saying "I will Sell elsewhere"… which was infuriating, demeaning & unnecessary.
You then started to become rash and hostile saying I'd need SOMEONE ELSE TO BUY & PICK UP FOR ME, WTAF man?? Absurd.
Even though this was ridiculous and I was not in the wrong, I apologised respectfully (biting my tounge trying to be the bigger man),
I said I would adhere to your specific terms to move forwards & I sent the payment.
You ignored me, in desperation I called game galaxy in hopes of getting through to you to confirm payment and hoping to (AGAIN) just make things NORMAL, REASONABLE & to be friendly. You then ignored me again for sometime, & then out of the blue you refunded me!
I was shocked and understandably angry,
I had submitted your terms & tolerated your treatment and yet there's STILL a problem??!
I tried to get in contact to ask what's going on & why did he refund. No response.
I sent the payment again thinking it was an error on my part.
You became hostile saying I was "harassing" 
, refunded me again.
Each time I did NOT actually have the money truely refunded back as it takes 2-5 days to return so I was in financial issues now.
FINALLY you accepted the payment,
and then the sale when forwards without a hitch AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FROM THE BEGINNING…
The courier picked up no issues etc.
So all of that was a complete load of NONSENSE that was literally unreasonable and unnecessary.
Other than Jonathon Miller I'd never had to work so hard in my life and jump so many BS hurdles to just have a normal god dam sale.
All of it could have been avoided if you just respectfully responded and were reasonable,
but you were rash disrespectful and a nightmare to do a deal with. who knew it was darn hard to pay someone, usually it's the other way around!?
As for Todd Tuckey TNT, he is a friend, and we were talking about my baby pac man prototype & it came up in conversation and he took it upon himself to message in hopes of resolving and rectifying your behaviour, as he's a good guy. That is all.
Anyway, So yes it is similar to THIS situation but very different as J0novision was actually seriously rude, disrespectful, unempathetic, not understanding & unreasonable, leaving me in the sh*t and blocked me on the final stage of the sale, going back on his clear promise and word of moving forwards.
Blowing off the sale when the (paid for) courier was ALREADY at his lockup waiting for pick up after driving 6hours to get there at the time he wanted!
If he had just sent me ONE message saying something like, "ah man so sorry Harry, my situation has changed and I can't sell to you for x reason, here's your money back and here's the $ you lost of course, big apologies perhaps we'll try again in future, hope you understand, take care".
I would have been disappointed but would have left it at that.
At the end of the day it's the principle here,
just be DECENT and respectful to one another,
I do NOT accept people being sh*ts to one another for no Good reason and I strive for what's right and fair.
Can I be stubborn and forthcoming? lol yes,
I'm not perfect and I admit that I have shortcomings on my own which is why I'll always open up to them and apologise if necessary.
BUT, i didn't ask for any of this and I don't even want this now.
But I will always adhere to the truth and defend myself.
