crumpets: It looks a bit like a pancake (it’s cooked on the stove) with lots of little holes on the top, however is made with yeast.
chocolate pudding: Pudding in the UK isn’t like in the US, where it’s a diary based dessert. The pudding described here is cake based usually with a chocolate sauce.
Pepper Imps: A sweet sold at Honeydukes. They are peppermint flavoured but tiny, black in colour, and make you smoke at the ears and nose.
Chocoballs: chocolate balls full of strawberry mousse and clotted cream (what you usually put on scones with jam)
Sugar quills: Described as ‘delicate, spun-sugar sweets’ that look like real quills. Spun sugar is cotton candy.

butterbeer: Described as “a little bit like less-sicklybutterscotch” and has a low alcohol content (although makes house elves drunk.) The butterbeer served at Universal and Warner Bros studio is very sweet. Butterbeer however has been around since the 1400’s, and is a mix of beer, butter, sugar. spices and egg. gillywater: A drink served at The Three Broomsticks. I think I’ve wondered about this on another Harry Potter food list, but as Gillywater is apparently made from Gillyweed, which makes you grow gills and webbing, does this drink and make you feel something?
mulled mead: Mead is a alcoholic honey drink, and mulled mead is this warmed with spices and fruits.
